Exemption from liability

The contents of our web pages have been created with a lot of care. However, we assume no liability for the correctness, completeness and up-to-date nature of the contents. In accordance with Section 7, Paragraph 1 of the German Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz – TMG), we are responsible as a service provider for our own content on these web pages, as per general legislation. In accordance with Sections 8 to 10 of the TMG, however, we are not obligated as a service provider to monitor transmitted or saved third-part information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general legislation remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is however only possible from the point at which knowledge is received of a specific legal violation. Once we become aware of these violations, we will remove the offending content immediately.

Our website contains links to external third-party websites, over whose contents we have no influence. We therefore accept no liability for this third-party content. The relevant provider or operator is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations when the links were added to our page. No illegal content was detected at this point. However, ongoing monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indication of a legal violation. Once we become aware of any such violations, we will remove the offending links immediately.

The contents and works on these pages created by the website operator are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, processing, distribution and any other type of utilisation that goes beyond what is permitted under copyright law requires written approval from the relevant author or creator. Downloads and copies of this page are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. If the contents on this page were not created by the operator, then the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is labelled as such. However, if you become aware of a breach of copyright, please inform us accordingly. Once we become aware of any such legal violations, we will remove the offending content immediately.

Data protection

Use of our website is usually possible without having to give any personal details. Where personal data is collected on our pages (such as your name, address or email address) this is on a voluntary basis wherever possible. This data will not be transferred to third parties without your express permission. We hereby point out that the transfer of data via the Internet (e.g. in communication via email) may be vulnerable to security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. It is hereby expressly prohibited for contact data published as part of the obligation to provide a legal notice to be used by third parties for the purpose of transmitting unsolicited advertisements and information material. The page operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action if they are sent unsolicited promotional information, such as via spam mails.
