The fact that WEGHV employees took part in 26 external and 12 internal courses and further training in 2022 alone shows that we take this very seriously. We also attach great importance to professional competence, which is why two employees have started the three-year training programme for metal traders offered by \u2018Verband Deutscher Metallh\u00e4ndler und Recycler e.V.\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The recertification was prepared and supported for the first time by Achim Eckholt, certified QMO and QM representative at WEGHV since 2021. The result is impressive: there were no deviations, and the auditors only made recommendations to improve minor points.
